LemonDANCE CIC is committed to promoting mental and physical health in a secure and supportive environment. Through creative and inclusive dance practices, individuals can express their emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and experiences. The goal is to encourage positive impact and development for all participants.

LemonDANCE CIC was founded in 2018 by Daivd Darcy with the purpose of promoting mental and physical well-being through creative and inclusive dance practices. Our sessions provide a welcoming and safe environment where individuals can freely express their emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and experiences.

We invite you to join our weekly Dance & Well-being sessions, including lemonMEN sessions for men, lemonLADIES sessions for women, and Let'sDance mixed gender sessions. Our sessions aim to explore mental health through discussions and movement exercises, encouraging positive growth and development for all participants.

Our skilled instructors, are trained    in mental health support, will guide our dance sessions, which include mindfulness exercises, meditation, and various dance techniques, all enhancing overall well-being. We believe dance is a powerful tool for promoting mental and physical health, and we welcome participants of all ages, abilities, and levels of experience.

Our weekly sessions last approximately one hour, and we encourage participants to attend all sessions to gain maximum benefit from the program. We are committed to providing a high-quality and inclusive program that meets the needs of all participants, regularly evaluating its effectiveness in promoting mental and physical health.
