LemonDANCE CIC was founded in 2018 with the purpose of promoting mental and physical well-being through creative and inclusive dance practices.
We aim to provide a welcoming and safe environment where individuals can freely express their emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and experiences.
We invite you to join our weekly Dance & Well-being session
Within a session we explore mental health through discussions and movement exercises, encouraging positive growth and development for all participants.
Our skilled instructors, are trained in mental health support and guide our dance sessions, which include mindfulness exercises, meditation, various dance/movement techniques & creative tasks, all enhancing overall well-being. we welcome participants of all abilities, and levels of experience.
Our weekly session last approximately Two hours, and we encourage participants to attend all sessions to gain maximum benefit from the program.
